Rule 16
Salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Chairperson and other members

| No | Description |
| (1) | The chairperson and every other member shall receive such salary and allowances and shall have such other terms and conditions of service as are specified in schedule VI |
| (2) | Matters relating to the conditions of service of the Chairperson and every other member in respect of which no express provision has been made in these rules shall be referred in each case, to the Central Government for its decision and the decision of the Cntral Government on the same shall be final. |
